For over 20 years Victor Oliveira created a significant career as an engineer. It turns out success gives you the opportunity to develop other passions. Now, what started with his grandmother in his youth has become a professional endeavor. "My grandmother used to run a restaurant and was trained on the French, Brazilian, Portuguese and Lebanese cuisines. Growing up in this kitchen was a privilege. It was full of love and flavors."
